Vegeterian Dishes

60. Goi cuon chay  
Lettuce, bean sprouts, cilantro (or mint leaves) and rice vermicelli wrapped in steamed rice paper. Served cold with peanut sauce.
61. Cha gio chay  
Deep-fried roll which is filled with fried tofu, thin transparent noodles, black mushrooms, shredded cabbages and carrots. Served with Vietnamese sweet and sour sauce.
62. Goi chay  
A salad with braised tofu, grated cabbages, carrots, cilantro (or mint leaves) served with Vietnamese sweet & sour dressing.
63. Banh cuon chay  
Vietnamese-styled vegetarian ravioli stuffed with tofu, mushrooms & onions. Served with Cucumber & bean sprouts on top & Vietnamese sweet and sour sauce.
64. Com chien chay  
Vietnamese-styled vegetarian fried rice with a veggie spring roll.
65. Canh rau dau hu  
A soup of bean curd, spinach, cucumber, mushrooms, corn & onions.
66. Canh chua chay  
Spicy hot and sour soup with fried tofu, bean sprouts, tomatoes, celery and garlic.
67. Bun cha gio chay  
Vermicelli with vegetarian spring rolls, braised tofu, bean sprouts, cucumber & cilantro.
68. Hu tieu chay  
Dalat's special vegetarian noodles soup with tofu, broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms and fried onions.
69. Dau hu chung **  
Steamed bean curd with thin transparent noodles, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper, onions and ginger.
70. Mi can xao xa ot **  
Stir-fried braised tofu with onions in lemongrass & chili paste sauce.
71. Dau hu xao bap cai, nam **  
Stir-fried fried tofu with cabbages, mushrooms and onions.
72. Xao thap cam chay **  
Stir-fried braised tofu and mixed vegetables.
73. Mi x ao thap cam chay **  
Stir-fried egg-noodles, braised tofu and mixed vegetables.

** A bowl of steamed rice comes with entrees 69-72. $1.00 charge for each extra bowl of rice.
